Thank you for this. My youngest child suffers from Anxiety and Panic Attacks. I played this game in the hope that I would understand a little more about what it is like for them. I don’t know that it achieved that, I will have to discuss it with them to find out. However, at the very least you have given me a tool we can use to discuss things so that I can at least try to understand more.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you for playing the game!

It warms my heart to hear that you were able to take something so positive from this. Having a conversation with them to learn more is so important!

Since I made this game, I have learned more about the anxiety I faced. It's normal to have some anxiety, but constantly having to face it becomes an issue. There is the feeling of a "downward spiral", where anxious events leads to self-doubt, and eventually panic attacks.

Therapy and support from others went a long way, and brought me to where I am today. It won't stop all anxiety, and won't lead to nothing but positive feelings. It does, however, help regulate those anxious thoughts.

I wish you and your family nothing but the best!
